#33 Unfurling Fern

Hey folks, hope you’re well.

I managed to get over to the local woods for the first time in a while yesterday and let me tell you have I missed it. The bridge over the (admittedly fairly small and shallow) river was destroyed in a storm last year and the local council haven’t fixed it yet, so the woods has been unaccessible except on warm days when the river is low enough to wade across with a stick (which make me feel very ‘wild woman of the woods’!). I decided to take risk and cross over the mangled, wonky bridge yesterday as I have really been missing my wanders in the woods. It was worth it but I wouldn’t do it all the time.
